The Master of Science programme is proud of their students and the collaboration with the student board
Regular feedback meetings with students allow sharing pros and cons. Feedback is considered as important way to aid the programme’s continuous development and advance a student’s experience. Highlighted comments are featured below.
This journey has been both challenging and rewarding, allowing me to develop a set of skills in GDL techniques and large dataset processing. I enjoyed the hands on experience and the skill set gained and I look forward to putting them to use in a fulfilling career.
My CDE journey has been packed with new knowledge, new experiences and new friendships. Now I look forward to the future and applying all that I have learned to help make a better world.
CDE allows me to explore geospatial technologies and various techniques such as GIS, remote sensing, and software development for geospatial applications that can be integrated within my hackathon projects. Furthermore, the Geovisualisation track improves my capacity to produce visually appealing and impactful projects.
I would say that the CDE programme will position you to go anywhere you wish to whether it is academia or industry.
The CDE Masters’ was a great opportunity to combine my application oriented interest with a methodological approach offered in the GeoData Science specialization track at the Computer Science Department of University of South Brittany in France.
I will always be a representative of CDE and Z_GIS – Department of Geoinformatics, University of Salzburg, as it gave me a lifetime advance in my professional as well as personal life.
This is a truly exceptional and enriching program! I’m lucky to have such a supportive and encouraging group of teachers and classmates. Thank you for helping me to grow both academically and personally. Z_GIS – Department of Geoinformatics, University of Salzburg & University of South Brittany.
The experience that stands out, it will be my colleagues, especially, in the second study year in France. The French programme was designed to bring students together in a cohesive way through collaborative class projects.
Without your guidance and support, this paper would have been limited to my home country. I am deeply grateful for teaching me to think big and giving me the tools to make it happen. My steps through the Copernicus Master of Science programme have really changed my life for the better.
I’m loving the job! All thanks to CDE 🙂
The programme is filling the gap of few women representation in science. High demand for geospatial experts in a wide range of sectors. Programmes motivating women in science seen as a chance for career development and personal growth.
The programme offers high-quality education. I have gained substantial development in geospatial knowledge from well-known professors and colleagues.
