What is included: Participation in all classes offered within the CDE curriculum, LMS hosting, use of libraries in accordance with library regulations of the partner universities, use of information technology infrastructures in accordance with the specific regulations of the partner universities, support in administrative and organisational issues by the consortium partners, costs for enrollment at the consortium partner’s institutions, all examinations, issuing of the final diploma and diploma supplement. Emergency and accident insurance according to the minimum requirements of the Erasmus+ Programme.

What is not included: Travel costs from country of origin, travel costs because of the mobilities, travel documents (passport, visas), accommodation and living expenses, students are also liable for the payment of any fees related to national regulations, e.g. student union liability insurance costs, all other costs (e.g. study books, stationery, photocopies, excursions etc.).

Students receiving the EMJM scholarship are not required to pay any participation fees, in total, 34 self-funded students are exempt from regular tuition fees (participation costs) at all partner universities.
